{Motivation Monday}

I don’t have a lot of words for this week. I need to get back on track with a better routine of running and eating. I’ve been struggling to make healthy food choices and didn’t do what I know is best for my body to recover fast from a marathon with such long days at school and coaching, but I can’t let that be my excuse or I will always have one. This week I simply need to do this in terms of taking care of myself…
